July was an exciting month for the Guardhouse team, with two events that highlighted the growing role of a workforce management system in helping security businesses improve operations, strengthen compliance, and prepare for the future.
On 14 July, we officially launched our partnership with Security Registers in Queensland. Then, on 29 July, we welcomed customers to Guardhouse V2 in Sydney to share our product vision and discuss the future of security workforce management.
While each event had a different focus, both reinforced the same message: a modern workforce management system should do more than digitise processes. It should connect people, simplify operations, and give businesses greater confidence every day.
14 July: Guardhouse x Security Registers
Our first event of the month brought together security providers, venue operators, and industry professionals in Brisbane to celebrate the launch of the Guardhouse × Security Registers integration.
For many organisations operating in licensed venues, workforce management and compliance have traditionally existed in separate systems. Guards usually enter the same information multiple times, incident reports are transferred manually between platforms, and licence checks can slow down daily operations.
By integrating Guardhouse with Security Registers, these processes become part of a single operational workflow.
During the event, attendees saw how the integration enables:

29 July: Guardhouse V2: Shaping What’s Next
Later in the month, customers joined us in Sydney for Guardhouse V2: Shaping What’s Next, an invitation-only event focused on the future of the Guardhouse platform.
Hosted by our leadership team, the event provided an opportunity to share our product roadmap, discuss emerging industry challenges, and hear directly from the security companies using our workforce management system every day.
Rather than simply introducing new features, the event centred on meaningful conversations. Customers shared operational challenges, exchanged ideas with industry peers and provided valuable feedback that will continue to shape the platform.
Many of the improvements we make begin with conversations like these. By understanding how security businesses operate in the real world, we can continue developing a workforce management solution that solves practical challenges and supports long-term growth.
