Ben says in the six months they’ve used Guardhouse they’re enjoying a better staff and rostering experience. “Back of house, Guardhouse is more complex and detailed than the previous systems and we’re tweaking the moving parts with them to make it perfect for us,” Ben explained. “It takes time to get the back-of-house settings and details right to avoid errors, but this makes it easier for staff, and has reduced our COO Charlie’s stress levels!”
