Clock-in / Clock-out Monitoring: Our team ensures staff are starting and ending their shifts on time, with optional “forced clock-out” protocols to maintain accuracy.
Welfare Checks: Missed check-ins trigger reminders and an escalation process designed around your preferences, giving you full control over timing and spacing.
Dedicated Helpline: Your guards and customers can call us for assistance. Using your provided SOPs and AI, we deliver guidance without making executive decisions.
Post-Shift Reports: At the end of each shift, you’ll receive a detailed report capturing all activity, including contacts made with staff, welfare check results, and any actions taken in your account.

For existing customers, pricing is based on historical usage data; for new customers, it is based on your projected numbers.

You’re covered from 5pm to 9am, Monday to Friday, plus 24-hour coverage on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, we provide 24-hour coverage on all UK Bank Holidays.
